China has developed a mature and full-scale civil litigation system with sophisticated statutes and provisions, which can effectively support foreign parties to resolve dispute in China. Unfortunately, such information is often neglected by foreign lawyers due to lack of systematic summary and necessary interpretation, and many disputes resolvable in China remain unsettled for a long time.
