Can the Creditor Claim From the Debtor for Costs of Debt Collection in Turkey?

For the amicable stage, the creditor shall pay the attorney fees and relevant expenses and the debtor shall not have any obligation regarding paying the attorney fees, success fees, commissions, costs or other expenses.
If the debt shall be collected by the legal stage, the debtor is obligated to pay the principal amount, interest, and attorney fees determined by relevant bar associations – which is different than the commission amount the attorney gets from its client -, litigation expenses and other related costs.
